PRIVACY POLICY
HostRW stelt een hoge prioriteit aan het beschermen van uw privacy. We zullen alles in het werk stellen om uw gegevens op een veilige en verantwoorde manier en te bewaren.
WAT WE OPSLAAN
Wij slaan de gegevens die u opgegeven heeft (zoals naam, adres, telefoonnummers, email adressen, andere gegevens die u ons heeft gegeven voor het uitvoeren van de opdracht, etc.) alsmede uw IP adres en facturatie gegevens op in een sterk beveiligde database en schermen deze af voor toegang door derden. Ook kunnen wij gegevens opslaan over het gebruik van onze website, welke pagina’s u bezoekt en het gebruik van het klantenpaneel. Tevens wordt alle correspondentie tussen HostRW en u als gebruiker opgeslagen. Uw gegevens kunnen in Europa of in de USA worden opgeslagen.
Wij slaan geen financiële gegevens zoals creditcard gegevens op omdat de betalingstransacties via externe providers lopen (zoals bank, iDeal, PayPal etc.). Wel slaan wij uw bankgegevens op als u een incasso machtiging heeft afgegeven.
COOKIES
We gebruiken cookies om voorkeuren en sessie informatie op te slaan en bijvoorbeeld om u automatisch in te laten loggen.
GEBRUIK
Wij gebruiken de door u opgegeven gegevens intern om u de service of het product volgens de wettelijke eisen te kunnen leveren en factureren. Uw gegevens worden niet aan derden verkocht en worden in een goed beveiligde database opgeslagen.
Bij een domein bestelling kan uw naam, adres, telefoon nummer en email adres worden, volgens de wettelijke regels, vermeld in de publieke whois op het internet tenzij u de domein privacy optie gekozen heeft (indien mogelijk).
In sommige gevallen is het noodzakelijk dat wij het product en uw gegevens bij de leverancier registreren om u aan te melden voor support. Wij zullen u hierover informeren.
We kunnen de gegevens ook intern gebruiken om onze service, producten en website te verbeteren.
Tenslotte kunnen wij uw gegevens aan de autoriteiten verstrekken als daar via een wettelijke regeling of door een rechtbank om gevraagd wordt en bij aangifte of incasso.
TOEGANG TOT UW GEGEVENS
U kunt uw gegevens in het klantenpaneel inzien en zelf aanpassen of aanvullen. Tevens kunt u hier de instellingen voor het ontvangen van een nieuwsbrief en sms berichten veranderen. Ook mag u via het e-mail ticket systeem ons verzoeken wijzigingen aan te brengen.
FRAUDE
Elke nieuwe aanmelding en bestelling wordt voor uw en onze bescherming gecontroleerd op fraude. Uw gegevens en IP adres worden opgeslagen en gecontroleerd. Als er twijfel over uw identiteit bestaat kunnen we u bellen, u om legitimatie of een vooruitbetaling vragen of uw bestelling afwijzen. In geval van fraude doen we aangifte bij de politie.
BEWAARTERMIJN
Op grond van wettelijke regels zijn wij verplicht uw gegevens, onze correspondentie, details van bestellingen en betalingen voor 7 jaar te bewaren. Wij zullen de gegevens ten alle tijde op een veilige manier opslaan en te zijner tijd zorgvuldig vernietigen.
TELEFOON
Het door u opgegeven telefoonnummer kan door ons o.a. worden gebruikt om uw bestelling te controleren, om een afspraak me u te maken, om u in te lichten over problemen met de service of over het aflopen van uw product of service, om meer service en hulp te kunnen bieden.
Als u ons toestaat kunnen we u ook incidenteel een sms bericht sturen als uw service of webhosting geschorst wordt of bij andere dringende zaken. Hiervoor kunt u zich aan- of afmelden in het klantenpaneel. We zullen zeker geen marketing smsjes sturen!
Alle correspondentie geschiedt normaal gesproken via e-mail. U dient dan ook uw e-mail adres up-to-date te houden! Facturen, informatie over uw producten, service en account, belangrijke mededelingen worden altijd per e-mail gestuurd. U kunt zich hier niet voor afmelden. Ook sturen wij af en toe een nieuwsbrief, hiervoor kunt zich aan- of afmelden in het klantenpaneel.
GEGEVENS VERSLEUTELING
Voor uw en onze veiligheid versleuteld (encryptie) onze website uw gegevens tijdens communicatie met ons klantenpaneel zodat niemand kan meekijken.
WIJZIGINGEN
Af en toe kan het noodzakelijk worden de privacy policy te wijzigen. We zullen u hiervan op de hoogte stellen in het klantenpaneel.

HostRW is highly committed to protecting your privacy. We work hard to make sure information about you is stored in a secure and responsible way.
WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect your details you have given us (like name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, other details you have told us to carry out your order, etc.) and also your IP address and billing details. We store these details in a strongly protected database protected from access by third parties. We may also store information about the use of our website, which pages you visit and the use of the client panel. Also all communication between you and HostRW are being logged. We may store your details in Europe or in the USA.
We do not store any financial information, like credit card details as payments are processed by external providers (as the bank, PayPal, iDeal etc.). We do store details about your bank account if you give us permission for direct debit.

We use cookies to store your preferences and session information and for instance to enable you to login automatically.
WHAT THE INFORMATION IS USED FOR
We use the details you provided internally to process and invoice your order according to the legal requirements. Your details will not be sold to third parties and will be stored in a secure database.
When you order a domain your details, like name, address, phone and email address may be published in the public whois according to the legal requirements unless you have taken the domain privacy option (if available).
In certain cases it is necessary for us to register your product and your details with the provider in order for them to provide service for you. We will inform you about this.
We may also use your details internally to improve our services, products and website.
Finally we may give your details to the authorities if there is a legal requirement or request by a court, or in case we have to file a report or do a debt collection.
ACCESS TO INFORMATION
You may check and correct your details at any time through the client panel. Here you also may change the settings for the newsletter and the text message notifications.
Alternatively you may use the email ticket system to request us to make changes on your behalf.
FRAUD CHECK
For your and our protection we screen every new signup or order for fraud. Your IP address and details will be stored and checked. If we doubt about your identity we may call you, ask your for ID, ask for a deposit or cancel your order. In case of fraud we will report you to the police.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
On the basis of legal requirements we are obliged to store your details, our correspondence, details of orders and payments for a period of 7 years. We will safeguard the information by storing it in a safely and will destroy it carefully after time.
PHONE
We may use your phone number for instance to check the order, to make an appointment with you, to report problems with the service or the expiry of services, or to improve our service towards you.
If you allowed us we may also send you text messages to tell you about important things like the suspension of your webhosting, to report problems etc. You can set your preference for this in the client panel.
Our main communication will be via email. For that reason you are required to keep your email address always up-to-date! We always send our invoices, signup information, information about your products and services and important information by email. You cannot opt-out for these messages. We may also from time to time send an email newsletter. For the newsletter you may set your preference in the client panel.
DATA ENCRYPTION
For your and our safety we encrypt the transmission of all personal data while communicating with our client panel.
CHANGES
From time to time we may need to make changes to our privacy policy. We will publish information about this in the client panel and advise you to check from time to time.
